All sales are final on all handmadewigs!! For the ship your own hair option you have seven days from order date to send your hair in!!! if a customer decides to change their mind before the 7th day there will be a $50 or 25% cancellation fee!  There will be no refunds on custom color wigs please be sure you’re sending the correct color when ordering
